Dripline for beds and borders

Dripline is designed to sit on top of the soil, evenly distributing water via each equally spaced valve directly to the plant roots. We lay pressurised dripline through the planting beds, pinning in place with small stakes, and covering with a layer of mulch.

Lawn systems

Whilst it is not strictly necessary to water lawns, we do understand some clients need lush, green stripes so we can install automated irrigation for your lawn.

Timers and controllers

Whether you prefer an easy to program tap timer or a fully controllable, smartphone enabled setup with weather sensors - our experienced team can design and install a bespoke system for your garden. Set your timer to come on automatically early morning or late evening to minimise evaporation.

Tanks and rainwater

We install rainwater harvesting tanks above or below ground, plus the ability to switch from tank to tap in periods of drought.

Dripline irrigation is more efficient than sprinklers and is usually exempt from hosepipe bans.

Hosepipe bans and water restrictions

Depending on your area, hosepipe bans can be a regular summer feature.

Water companies typically permit dripline irrigation systems during a hosepipe ban, provided they meet specific technical requirements:

Drip Irrigation Rules and Requirements:

  • Not handheld: The system must be a fixed installation rather than held by hand.
  • Pressurised: It must be pressurised to control water flow.
  • Automatic timer: The setup must include a timer to regulate usage.
  • Direct application: Water must drip or trickle directly onto the soil surface or beneath it without spraying or misting.
